Employment across the City’s many sectors has grown more than 25% since pre-pandemic.

Our mission is to support young Londoners to feel that a career in and around the Square Mile is open to them, helping them to know the many routes into an industry. We want all young Londoners to feel that “I can work here!”

Get a feel for the festival

The London Careers Festival welcomes primary, secondary, and post-16 students to explore careers through workshops, insight sessions, and activities.

How we will do it!

By mobilising businesses in the City to inspire and support young Londoners we will create a welcoming Square Mile for new talent from the thirty two London boroughs.

We rely on our partner businesses to showcase their industries, offer workshops and sessions, and even follow-on placements and internships.
