An interactive virtual session with volunteers working in a range of jobs in the horticulture sector.
With a variety of volunteers from the Royal Horticultural Society in roles from Plant Scientists to Garden Landscapers, this session can help children to understand the vast range of jobs associated with gardening and to learn more about how different subjects such as maths, art and science are used in these roles. Aimed at Key Stage 2 (upper primary), children can begin with a quick-fire fun facts quiz about jobs in the gardening world before being introduced to the volunteers and engaging in Q&A via a secure chat function.
To book tickets for a teacher accompanied by a group of pupils, please book 1 TEACHER TICKET PER TEACHER and indicate on the booking form how many pupils will be joining.
